Introduction About Me!
Hey ladies and gents my name is Omary and I live in the Bronx. I go to Cis 339 it's a technology school where we have so many cool laptops. Everybody in the school is doing something cool called dot to dot. Dot to dot is something where we connect with other people. In this blog you will be able to find information about what type of projects we are doing in our classes. In literacy we are doing a project that is about all types of social issues. The social issue that bother me the most is bullying. It bothers me so much because when bullies bully other people the people want to suicide themselves because they hate their lives because bullies are making their lives worse. So I think bullying should stop so people could stop suiciding themselves and so this world could be better.

Science fiction writing and book clubs

What is science fiction? Science fiction is a story that has futuristic stuff. What is your science fiction story about. It is about a kid who wants to be the greatest fighter in the world.
The Pre-reading strategy we used was revising predictions.And we used it for hard words.
The during reading strategy we used was predictions. we used it to re-read hard words.
The pre-reading strategy we used this week was revising predictions. I predicted that april is going to play the game.
THE post reading strategy we used this week was inferencing.
I thought my character felt strong and brave.
What i like about book clubs is that when people correct you.
What could improve is if people read faster.
A shark would win in the fight
Mr.spevack is the worst teacher because he is boring.

My name is Omary and my grade is 6 grade. The books i like to read is funny and adventure and action. The things i like more about reading is when something gets interesting and you want to keep reading.The book my book club is reading is Egypt Game. My favorite place to read is at home when it is not that loud. My reading goal this year is 2 years of growth in reading.
The pre reading strategy i used was prediction. I predicted that the old man was coming on to the kids
One reading strategy i used was visualizing. In my head I pictured me being a race car driver/ agent
One post reading strategy i used was blurb. I related to the book when i saw a man and he was doing
something suspicious.
